Extra Time Home

This year’s Extended Day Timetable is below. There are lots of activities to choose from. If you are interested in taking part and have not already put your name forward please speak to the teacher taking the sessions or ask at the School Office. You may be able to join in if there is room.

We are very interested in what you would like to see offered for extra curricular clubs.  Please take our ON LINE SURVEY it will only take a few moments and will help us make sure we can provide what you want.

Here at Springwood Heath we are very proud of the vast array of extra curricular activities that we offer our children.  Everything from Choir to Swimming, Athletics to Photography.  Many of the activities reflect the interests, skills and knowledge of the staff.

If you have any suggestions, or if you have a skill or knowledge that you could offer the school we would be delighted to hear from you.

Children should speak to their Class Councillor, Teacher or Mrs Culshaw in the School Office if they have any ideas or suggestions for activities they would like to see on offer.

The pages on this site give lots more information about the activities currently on offer.  Please encourage your child to take part.  They are a very valuable part of their education and as well as providing new skills they build confidence and for the more active clubs help keep your child fit.

If children put their names forward to take part in an activity they are asked to stay committed to it for the duration of the Club. Many staff and outside providers work hard in providing a wide variety of good quality activities. Please encourage your child to stay committed.
